Passed away February 1, 2010, at Luther Manor following a brief illness. Frank was born on October 30, 1922, in Saginaw to the late Fred and Emma (Bell) Baumgartner. He served in the United States Army during WWII. He was a bartender for many years, working most recently at Pulaski Hall and State Lanes. Frank had one brother, George, who predeceased him in 2007. Frank is survived by his sister-in-law, Genevieve and his nieces and nephews. He leaves many cousins, and special friends at Westchester Village, Wilma and Roy Lewis, also his walking buddies from the Mall. Frank will be missed by all who knew and loved him. In accordance with Frank’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Frank’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Wakeman Funeral Home, Inc., 1218 N.
