Harold J. Anaman Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Anaman, Mr. Harold J. Saginaw, Michigan Harold was called home to his Lord on Monday, August 10, 2020. Age 93 years. Harold John Anaman was born on May 30, 1927, in Saginaw, to the late John and Violet (Neumann) Anaman. He married Marion Irene Zeitler on October 16, 1948, in Saginaw, where she predeceased him on August 29, 2008. Harold had served in the U.S. Army during WWII. Prior to his retirement in 1983, Harold was employed by Western Electric Telephone Co. as an installer for almost 40 years. He also was active in auto sales the majority of his life. Harold had been a long-time member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church before transferring to Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Surviving are his children and their spouses, Carol (Roger) Morenc, Aiken, S.C.; Thomas (Rebecca) Anaman, Saginaw Twp.; Kathleen (Robert) Pare, FL; 8 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; his sister-in-law, Bonnie Anaman, Saginaw Twp.; several nieces and nephews. He was also predeceased by his brother, Raymond C. Anaman on Jan. 25, 2001. In accordance with Harold’s wishes, cremation has taken place. The Rev. William Hessler will officiate Harold’s committal service on Monday, August 17, 2020, at 4:00 p.m., held in Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery, Saginaw Twp., with military honors to be conducted under the auspices of the United States Army and V.F.W.
