John Gordon Collver Saginaw, Michigan John passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 22, 2021, at the age of 57 years. John Gordon Collver was born on January 30, 1964, in Saginaw, to the late Welcome and Sally (Guditus) Collver. He is survived by his daughter, Amber Harbin; his grandchildren, Raeanna Clark and Aiden Kabat; his brother, Michael (Teri) Collver; his sisters, Michelle Collver, Trudy (Darrell) Bitler; step-mother, Nancy (James) McDowell; nephews, Justin Greene, Lance Bitler and Graham Bitler; nieces, Christina Walker and Grace Bitler; great-niece, Juniper; extended family and dear friends. John was predeceased by his parents and his nephew, Joseph Greene. John loved to be around people, the more the merrier. He enjoyed spending summer weekends up at Skidway Lake, building bonfires and making hobo pies. He recently earned his driver’s license back, bought his own truck and was happy to make a good living for himself. John was always eager to lend a hand to anyone and everyone. He will be greatly missed. In accordance with John’s wishes, cremation has taken place. The family is planning a private memorial.
