Seiferlein, Ronald C., of Alger, Michigan formerly of Saginaw, beloved husband, father, and grandfather passed away at home on Monday, November 7, 2011. Age 69 years. Ronald was a very avid deer hunter and enjoyed Walleye fishing. During winters, his wife got him to go to Arizona where they enjoyed family and Women’s ASU college basketball and softball games, and the beautiful weather. Besides his wife, Karen, he is survived by their beloved cat, Cookie Ann Seiferlein, two daughters and their spouses, Pamela (Jason) Wood, Millington; Kimberly (Lance) Fritz, Peoria, AZ; seven grandchildren, Katlyn of Minn., Mollie, Cassie, and Jacob of Millington, Laynee, Ryan, and Evan of Peoria, AZ; son Timothy Seiferlein; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Barb and James Miller, Traverse City; several uncles and an aunt; a nephew, Nathan Seiferlein, Chesterfield, MI; a niece, Stacey Sesler, AuGres, MI; sister-in-law, Elaine (Seiferlein) Davis, AuGres, MI; several cousins; very loving friends, Gilbert and Catherine Spyker, Saginaw; and many hunting friends. He was predeceased by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Earl and Frieda Nelson, who loved him like a son, and a brother, Richard Seiferlein. A memorial service will take place 11:30 a.m. Friday, November 25, 2011, at Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church 5051 McCarty Rd. in Saginaw. The Rev. Michael Nitz will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church for the Ronald Seiferlein Memorial Church Sign Fund.
