Military & Veteran Services

Honoring those who served.

The preparation and carrying out the many details for a military funeral service is among our most solemn activities as funeral professionals.

Our society requires that we rightfully pause to show a final act of respect for the brave men and women who gave of themselves so that all of us can enjoy the freedoms we have today. We are honored to provide special arrangements for the families of active duty military personnel or honorably discharged veterans.

If your loved one was an active duty member of the military or an honorably discharged veteran of any rank and of any branch of service at the time of their death, we can provide an extensive list of specialized services to honor them at no additional cost.

It is our honor to provide the services listed below as a final tribute of respect for your military loved one. We will carry out as many of these services for which they may qualify upon the direct request from the next-of-kin.

Our services include, where applicable, completing and submitting application for U.S. flag for burial purposes; application to the Veterans Administration and/or local county Soldiers & Sailors Relief Commission for monetary death benefits; application for burial in a national cemetery; and application for government-issue grave marker or medallion; application to request a Presidential Memorial Certificate; special communications with the respective branch of service and/or local veterans organization for funeral honors ceremony, which may include a formal honor guard detail from current military personnel from the same branch of military service, color guard, 21-gun salute, bugler to play Taps, and folding and presentation of the U.S. flag.

Proof of honorable discharge is required by the United States Department of Veteran Affairs and other entities for consideration of eligibility.
